Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use jarvisu.com or buy from Jarvis U. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. The store
Jarvis U sells printed paper goods for readers: reading journals, book tracker posters and bookmarks. Products are made to order and printed by partner paper print studios. Our team is based in Vietnam.
2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item cannot be produced, a pricing error has occurred, or a payment appears fraudulent.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken at checkout. Shipping to US addresses is free; international shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Product details
We describe sizes, page layouts and options as accurately as we can. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the printed paper, depending on your display and lighting. Posters are supplied unframed unless a product page says otherwise.
5. Personalized items
For items with a printed name or text, you are responsible for checking spelling, spacing and capitalization before you check out. We print what you enter. Please do not ask us to print text you do not have the right to use, or text that is offensive or unlawful; we may cancel and refund such orders. More details are on our Customization page.
6. Production and delivery
Production takes 2–4 business days, and US transit takes 5–8 business days. These are estimates, not promised delivery dates; carrier delays, weather and holidays can extend them. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
7. Cancellations, returns and damage
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of checkout; after that, a 15% cancellation fee applies until the order ships. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error. Damaged or misprinted items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 8. Intellectual property
Designs, text, graphics and photos on this site belong to Jarvis U or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them for commercial use without written consent. Products you buy are for personal use. See our Copyright and DMCA pages.
9. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
