Jarvis U is an online shop for readers who like to see their progress on paper. We sell reading journals, book tracker posters and bookmarks, all printed on paper and designed to be filled in by hand, one finished book at a time.
Who we are
We are a small team that runs the store, prepares the designs, checks each order and answers every email ourselves. Jarvis U is the name on the store and on the products you receive. When you write to us, a person on the team reads your message and replies.
Where we work
Our team is based in Vietnam. That is where orders are reviewed, personalization details are checked and customer questions are handled. Because we work across time zones, our support hours are listed on the Contact page in GMT+7.
Why the store exists
A lot of reading happens quietly and then slips from memory. A journal entry, a colored-in square on a poster or a note tucked into a bookmark gives each book a small, lasting record. Jarvis U was set up to offer simple printed tools for that habit, without apps, logins or notifications.
What we are working toward
Our mission is to make paper reading logs that are clear to use, pleasant to keep on a shelf or wall, and honest about what they are: printed paper goods, made for your order. We would rather explain our timelines plainly than promise something we cannot deliver.
How the business works
Every item is made to order. We do not keep a warehouse of finished journals or posters. After you check out, your order, including any name you asked us to print, is sent to production, printed, trimmed or bound, packed and shipped. Production takes 2–4 business days, and delivery within the United States takes 5–8 business days after that. Shipping to US addresses is free.
Who prints our products
Printing, binding and cutting are done by partner paper print studios that we work with. We supply the designs and order details, set the standards each item should meet, and stay responsible for your order from checkout to delivery. If something arrives wrong, you deal with us, not with the studio.
What our products are made of
Journals, posters and bookmarks are paper products. Posters are sent as unframed prints, so you can choose your own frame or hang them as they are. Specific sizes and options are listed on each product page.
